PREPARING FOR THE PERFORMANCE
The virtual performance will be presented using Zoom Webinar.
Patrons can test out the Zoom software on their device of choice ahead of the performance date by joining a test meeting.
Patrons will not need a web camera or microphone to participate in the virtual performance, but will be able to use the chat features at the discretion of the Virtual House Manager.
VIEWING THE PERFORMANCE
Starting one week before the first performance, patrons will receive a Webinar Confirmation Email that will contain a unique URL and passcode that patrons will open to access the performance starting up to 20 minutes prior to the start time. This unique URL can only be used to access the performance from a single connected device. Patrons are instructed not to share the unique URL with others.
Upon entering the Webinar, a Virtual House Manager will help confirm audio and other features are functioning before the start of the performance.
It is recommended that all patrons join the performance at least 10 minutes before the start time to ensure the connection is working properly.
Patrons who arrive late or are disruptive may be denied participation at the discretion of the Virtual House Manager.
